Winning entry from My Dog Space
We're coming up on Halloween, and I've noticed an abundance of costume contests for pets. Dear to my heart are those that are organized to benefit animal rescue organizations.
Our local shelters have several fun pet costume contests going on. Check with your own area shelters and join in the fun, have a great time, and give them the support they need.

I must confess, I have mixed feelings about costumes for animals. Some of the photos you see, the animals look so fed up. I like the idea of supporting good causes though.
The house elf is prone to putting a onesie on Chester aka Captain Puss-Puss and pushing him in a pram! The Goach prefers not to suffer such indignities!
