What Do You Do?

What do you do when it seems as though nothing is going right? When wicked storms blow away your outdoor plans...when cranky attitudes rule the day...when the hem rips loose from one leg of your pants...when the alarm clock doesn't go off...when you discover too late you're out of toilet paper...when your car's battery light comes on...when you find the project that still isn't finished was actually due yesterday...when you reach the if-one-more-thing-goes-wrong-I'm-going-to-go-smack-out-of-my-mind stage?

A possible solution:

What a great picture! I'd like to hide in a bag myself right now. Our bath tub is having issues, and I'm on my second go-round with some Drano. Frustrating!

This is one of those Picture Speaks a Thousand Words photos. Love it!

By the way, I have a dog story coming out 9/18 in the anthology, MY DOG IS MY HERO, an Adams Media Book, edited by Susan Reynolds. If you care to post info about it on your blog or send your readers to my blog, I'd appreciate it very much. Thanks Pat.

The coons do love to come and visit while they eat their dinner!!! They even put up with Bambi being out there. Bambi couldn't care less about them but they keep a close eye on her!!

I loved this post. Simple and sweet and superb photo. But it's the way it was written that I enjoyed the most. My mom's a book worm and I know how to tell good writing.

Hi Pat,

Great idea or drink a nice glass of good wine and put your feet up, relax awhile and then start all over again. It's better then pulling out your hair!

Luv,
Riley and Star.

That really is the purrfect solution. Our Mom will have to remember that one.

Smart Kitty! Did you go into your prayer closet to pray? If it gets TOOO bad, I will pray and then go crawl into bed and go to sleep. Things usually look better the next day. (This rarely happens, but has a few times in the past…) Grammy from Corgi Country
