Another Book Blurb Friday
It's book blurb Friday over at Writing in the Buff. Blurbs must be 150 words or less, excluding the title. Here's my contribution (at only 59 words).
Title: Prudent Passage
A tree filled park is every dog's dream...and could become every owner's nightmare.
Know the hazards you and your canine friend can encounter before venturing along another tree-lined path. From insect pests to muggers, author Jack T. Ripper covers it all.
This book has been endorsed by leading animal welfare organizations and the National Victim Advocate Association.

Yikes, ...59 words, but I wouldn't walk in that park! Not with muggers~~~~
Have a nice weekend!

Now that's a different take on this BBF! Nice!
I wonder what or who is hiding behind that tree! Great blurb!
I'm applauding. What an genius take on the picture!
Brilliant! I love the author's name. He sounds like an expert in this sort of thing!
Nonfiction! Wow. The direction you took gave me "paws." You're so right. A bunch of trees is heaven to a dog...
Fabulous! I would never have thought of such a super topic, although my dog thinks I should have. Very good idea. Ticks and poison ivy and all the things that lurk so innocently under a beautiful canopy of trees.

You caught me off guard with that one! I'd best keep on my toes around you.
Great one, Pat! So unique and so YOU!
I'd better take to walking in fields, I think ;-)
Great author's name, concise wording and intrigue in 59 words. Amazing.
