Time, you've done it to me again. Slipped through my fingers like so many fine grains of sand. I can't seem to keep up.
My mom once told me that the older you get, the faster each day flies. Isn't that the truth? So I'll blame my neglectfulness on age. And memory (or lack thereof). But most of all there's the other stuff I wanted to do last week.
After all, the sun glowed. I left my jacket at home. A few buds appeared on trees. People put on shorts and jogged down the street.
But today everything has changed.
You can ignore my smug proclamation that we'll get an early spring. With a wink and a nod, Mother Nature let me know who's really in charge.
Holy catfish, Mom, I could have told you that!

I have noticed how fast time flies also... I'm just sayin.
Wow I cant believe how much your kitty looks like my kitty, they could be twins! Thanks for stopping by our blog too!
Snow is pretty, but then it's a pain in the behind!
Time does go by faster the older you get. I blame everything on menopause! LOL! We had the same weather. Warm and sunny last week and snow storms Friday and Saturday night.
he he - I could have told your mom that too pal.
time does go by very quickly! Snow is pretty when I do not have to go outside!

Time flies particularly quickly over the weekend!
Aint that the truth, every year seems more like a month!
We experienced a change like that in the weather last week, from warm Spring days to freezing cold and snow, so unpredictable.
Happy Valentines Day to you all, remember to keep warm.

Mom's always having a way of getting their truths across, even mama nature.
Our snow came suddenly a week ago but now it's just about gone. We can see the little green shoots coming up again - have a Happy Valentine's Day - love from Magic xx
The groundhog was right with that prediction of more winter, wasn't he! The spring weather was nice while it lasted.
Yep, the seasons just fly by. We have only had a few little flurries, no snow in Fort Worth to speak of although this time last year we were all snowed in.
