Goose egg...courtesy of our friend, sculptor Don Wiegand. Chicken egg...courtesy of our local grocery store.
We put a select group of consumers to the test. Which one would they prefer?
The verdict is in. Bigger is much better. Both consumers chose the goose egg. In fact, they liked it so much that a heated discussion over who should claim it erupted.
As a neutral party (sort of like Switzerland), I took possession of both eggs. They are now safely stored in the refrigerator.
Or
are they????

Quick question, does the goose egg have the same taste as the kitchen egg? I don't recall making an omelet out of one before.
