How to Waste Time

Are you sick and tired of being stuck in the house because it's just too darned cold and slippery to go out? I know I am. As I sit at my keyboard, old man winter has lowered the temperature to single digits and sleet is tapping at my window.

It's not that there aren't plenty of things to keep me busy. I could be cleaning. I could be cooking. I could be doing laundry. I could even be writing some (hopefully) brilliant piece of prose. Instead, dear readers, I've found my 567th sure-fire way to waste time. There's a site filled with games related to dogs (and cats, and hamsters, and horses, and even spiders, if you like). It should keep you busy for just as long as you feel like playing. I believe in sharing, so click here to check them out.

You're welcome!

LOL we all know the wasting time thing when there is stuff to be done. It is the funniest how we then make excuses for it. Have a super Saturday.
Best wishes Molly.

Boy, we sure know what you mean. Between the snow, ice, and cold, M has had to hibernate too.

Pat--I am NOT going to check out those games because I have plenty of other ways to waste time.

Good luck with finding even more ways. Perhaps you could write a book listing the hundreds of ways to avoid housework or laundry or grading papers or writing?

Oh, darn it. I think I WILL check out that link. Games with hamsters? That's too cute to resist.

I don't have weather as an excuse as it's been 60-70 here in Texas but I did get Netflix!!! The good news is I've finished a lot of knitting projects.

I can procrastinate for days when I need to be doing things - it's a gift!

It's like you're psychic or something. I went through pretty much the same process myself this weekend, and without such a cute website. Rats. Maybe just a teeny weeny peek....

Well thank you for that link. Now I can do something other than hunt dust bunnies.

Oh gee, thanks! As if I'm not doing a fine enough job of avoiding my taxes already!

I'm not even going there since I can't even put up a blog post!

Oh, gosh, now I'll be wasting time, too! But maybe just a few minutes won't hurt . . .

I don't dare, have way to many of my own ways to waste time, LOL!

Dogs on the west coast are wagging tails, hoping to push some of our sunshine your way.

I truly excel at wasting time, especially when there's housework to be done. Have fun with the new games. We all deserve a little downtime.
