What's the Deal?

Yesterday, Winston went back to puppy day care for the first time since before the whole gimpy-leg thing happened two months ago.

He was hopping up and down, excited as a kid heading for the swimming pool on a 100 degree day. Tail wagging, he pulled me toward the door, eager to see his pals. He was happy. I was happy.

I picked Winston up about 5 hours later. He immediately fell asleep. That's what I love about day care. A tired puppy is a good puppy.

We got home, and as soon as I sat down, Winston upchucked all over the floor.

Do you think he and his pals may have over-celebrated?

Could the culprit have been the heat?

Maybe those sneaky dogs set up a taco and margarita bar... and Winston had too much of a couple of good things.

Or maybe he enjoyed some grass at his get-together. (The chewing kind, of course.)

LOL Your little Winston is a mood enhancer. I'd say his excitement got the better of him. Glad he's on the mend.

Haha...poor little guy. A little too much fun. Plus...you never know what he ate! I opened the door for my dogs last night and my yellow Lab (mix) backed up and jumped---he ate a big bug! Gak! I expected him to toss it up later, but thankfully, he didn't.

Oh dear - do they have video cams at the day care? - that might be very entertaining viewing.

Oh my, I guess it was bit too much for him. Or maybe he got one or two treats too many?

Glad he is doing so well!
