Sasee Magazine and Sassy Cat
A few weeks ago I mentioned that a story I wrote about my son's upcoming wedding had been accepted by Sasee Magazine. It appears in the October issue. You can read the online version here. Scroll down to find my story, "The Dance", along with a number of other stories you will enjoy reading. If you get a chance, I'd love it if you could leave a comment on my story. : )
Sasee mailed 3 hard copies of the magazine to me and once again I'm struck by the quality of this publication. In a world that increasingly sees print publishing houses disappear, you may wish to support Sasee by subscribing. It's only $24 for 12 issues, a bargain any way you slice it. In addition, if you plan to submit an essay to Sasee in the future, it helps to read the types of stories they are buying.
Off my soapbox now and on to other matters.
Bogey had an appointment with the vet on Monday for annual immunizations. When he got his three injections he screamed so loud and so long that a vet assistant came running into the room to see if anyone needed help (or bandaids).
Who me?
Luckily no major injuries occured. When we got back home I figured he'd hide under the bed to sulk for a few hours, but no. Instead, he leaped on the curtains and climbed to the top, daring me to stop him. There are now several new rips to the fabric.
Revenge thy name is Bogey.

BOL Bogey revenge. Have a terrific Thursday.
Best wishes Molly
I really enjoyed your story Pat. None of my sons are married yet but my youngest is called Michael and I am always teasing him that when he gets married I am going to have Toni Basil's Hey Mickey played (which he hates, by the way, LOL). He says he will kill me if I do but I reckon it will be worth it to see his face - yes I am sadistic!
Poor Bogey, that once happened to one of ours and my theory is they hit a nerve with the needle.
Hope he's okay now.

Oh Bogey, I'm so sorry they hurt you. But you showed them all. Now they are deaf and have holes in their curtains!
Congratulations! Poor Bogey, he'll show you.
Haha...Bogey sounds like a real character. He knows exactly how to exact revenge.
This matters of the cat are just too much. I am glad my dogs are such angels when they go to the vetty ^_^
We will drop by Sasee and leave a comment.
Huggies and Cheese,
